100% Advance payment including shipping cost is require to process the order.
Demand Draft and Local cheque: We accept demand draft favoring Galileo Telescope Makers payable at Mumbai. Local cheques are accepted but order will be processed after realization.
Bank Transfer: You can directly deposit / transfer the funds to our bank accounts with ICICI / CITI / HDFC/ HSBC banks across the country. Call / email for the bank details.
Personal Collect: From our Mumbai office only. Call to confirm the availability of the item.
Credit card / Online Bank Transfer: We accepts credit cards / online bank transfer on secure server. Your card will be charged only after we ship the item.To pay by this option, reply by email. A mail will be send with the link to the secure server. Please note that use of stolen or fraudulent use of credit cards are liable for legal action. The credit card company may ask for additional information for validation of the card if necessary.
Order Processing: Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of the payment (incase of cheque / card, after credit confirmation by the bank). Any delay in shipment will be informed. Your card will not be charged till the item is shipped. Shipping cost donot include any local levies / duty charged at your end. Any statutory forms / document required under your local laws will need to be submitted in advance.
Return Policy: All returned goods must have a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee of the order amount less shipping & handling charges. No Cash refund. A credit note will be issued for the returned goods, which can be used for future purchases. The item needs to be returned in NEW, resalable condition with all original boxes and packing within 14 days. No returns on opened software, damaged, used items or publications. We take utmost care in packing to safeguard your interest. However we are not responsible for any damage in transit.
