Payment options:
100% Advance payment including shipping cost is require
to process the order.
Demand Draft and Local cheque : We accept Demand
draft Favoring Galileo Telescope Makers payable at
Mumbai. Local cheques are accepted but order will be
processed after realization.
Bank Transfer: You can directly deposit / transfer
the funds to our Bank account with ICICI / HDFC / HSBS and CITI bank
across the country. Call / email for the Bank details.
COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered within
Mumbai and in few selected major cities. Call / email for
the location.
Personal Collect: From our Mumbai office
only. Confirm before hand about the availability of the
item.
Credit card: We accepts credit card thru
secure server. Your card will be charged only after we
ship the item. To pay by this option, please reply by
email. A separate mail will be send with the link to the
secure server. Please note that use of stolen or
fraudulent use of credit cards are liable for legal
action. The credit card company may ask for additional
information for validation of the card if necessary.
Order Processing: Your
order will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt
of the payment (Incase of cheque / card, after credit
confirmation by the bank). Any delay in shipment for non
availability of the item will be informed and your card
will not be charged till the item is ready to ship. We
will send you a confirmation mail along with order
reference number before shipment. Shipping cost doesn't
includes any local levies / duty charged at your end. Any
statutory forms / document require under your local laws
will need to be submit in advance.
Return Policy:
All returned goods must have a Return Goods Authorization
number (RGA). All returned products are subject to a
minimum 20% restocking fees of the order amount less shipping & handling
charges. The item needs to be return in NEW, resalable
condition, with all original boxes and packing within 14
days. No returns on opened software, damaged, used items
or publications.
